HAVE NOT RECIEVED YOUR PRODUCTS YET?

Logistics may be slow due to high order volumes and world wide shipping delays.

Normally, it takes upto 2 weeks for products to reach your doorstep.

However, it may take upto 3 weeks for you too recieve your product, any longer than that get in touch with us on the "contact" page and we will investigate.

If problems arrise from our side,  we will issue a full refund.

 

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS?

If there has been confirmed logistical problems, then a full refund can be processed for your purchased goods.

If your item arrives in poor condition and evidence can be provided, in line with our Quality Assured management (photografic evidence taken at each part of the manufacturing process), then a full refund can be issued.

However, we unfortunately will not be able to accept returns on our products.
